SHIPPING

FREE shipping on all orders over $149 (orders within Australia only)

Delivery can take up to 1-7 days depending on your location.

We offer two shipping methods with Australia Post:

  • Domestic Standard (free for orders over $149) - $14.95
  • Domestic Express - $19.95

    All orders are processed and shipped from our studio within 1-3 working days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If for some reason you did not receive this information, check your junk folder first and if it’s not there let us know by emailing info@newycandleco.com.au and we will update you on the status of your order.

    Unfortunately, at this time we are only shipping orders within Australia, not internationally.

    We care about the environment and don’t want to contribute to more waste so from time to time, you might receive your product in a random box. We re-use old boxes for this reason and we encourage everyone else to as well.

    LOCAL DELIVERY

    For orders over $99 we offer local delivery for $5. If you live in one of the eligible postcodes, once your address has been entered at check out, you will be able to select "Local Delivery" as a shipping option. Once your order has been processed, we aim to deliver within 3 business days. By selecting Local Delivery, you agree to Newy Candle Co. leaving the item if safe to do so. Newy Candle Co. takes no responsibility for lost or missing items once delivered. Current eligible postcodes: 2289, 2290, 2291, 2292, 2293, 2294, 2296, 2297, 2298, 2299, 2300, 2302, 2303, 2304, 2305, 2320, 2321, 2322, 2323.

     

    RETURNS
    We always want our customers to be 100% happy! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@newycandleco.com.au

    Faulty/damaged products: please email us at info@newycandleco.com.au providing a photo and we will send you a replacement. 

    Change of mind: we are happy to refund or exchange however you will need to cover the shipping cost back to us and all items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unused and in resalable condition, in original packaging. Please email info@newycandleco.com.au to arrange the return.

    Sale items: unfortunately we don’t offer refunds or returns on sale items.
